Notice to EU Customers

Effective 11 August 2026, windowmotor.com.au is temporarily unable to accept orders shipping to European Union member states.

Why we've made this change

This decision has been made in response to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), which introduces new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) registration requirements for businesses selling packaged goods into the EU from 12 August 2026.

As a small Australian business, we are currently assessing our obligations under this regulation. While we work through the compliance process, we have made the decision to pause EU sales rather than risk non-compliance.

Affected countries

This notice applies to all 27 European Union member states, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
