RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day return policy for the price of the motor, if the product is returned within 30 days and meets the following conditions:
1. The window motor has not been fitted; and,
2. The window motor is in it's original condition including all stickers and attachments.
3. The motor is sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

To obtain a refund, please ensure the above conditions are met, repack the motor in the packaging as received, and include your invoice with a note 'Refund Request' and post to:

We will inspect the motor and process the refund within 7 days of having received the motor.

Please note shipping is non refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30 day Exchange Policy in case you have purchased the wrong motor.

Please contact us to confirm which motor you require. If we are able to supply you with the correct motor we will send you the exchange motor with an invoice owing, and an Express Post satchel.

Once the original motor is returned we will issue a full credit for the invoice relating to the exchange motor if the following conditions are met: 
1. The return window motor has not been fitted; and,
2. The return window motor is in it's original condition including all stickers and attachments.
3. The return motor is sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return motor so we are able to identify the exchange.

We will not issue a credit on the exchange motor if the returned motor is not in a sellable condition. All unpaid invoices will be due and payable.
 

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Australia Post for our shipping and endeavor to dispatch the parcel on the same day of the order if received by 13:00 AEST.

Services:
Domestic: Express Post with Tracking
International: Standard or Express (depending on selection) with tracking.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

All our window motors come with a 1 - 5 year replacement warranty. Please refer to your listing for information on the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty is void in the event of:
1. Incorrect installation
2. Motor burnout (often due to rigorous overuse)
3. Water damage
