Ok , we purchased the whole kit , had it installed, worked great for 3 months then stopped over the Christmas break, After the break got hold of supplier to see where do we go from here as your product has a 5year warranty. Supplier was great about it, sent a new motor airbag to rural W.A. with a paid reply bag to send faulty motor back. Received it a week later, took car and new motor back to auto electrical place. They pulled it apart to find that the plug had come out, so they plugged it back in , cable tied together so it wouldn't rattle or fall out again. So great so fare just putting his new motor in bag to send back. lets see how long it last, but very happy the service from Windowmotor.
